Salme ho chiesto una ritiro per riparazione retro incrinato, con Apple care mi hanno addebitato 99€ ma non ho ricevuto istruzioni come mi muovo?

If you've already been charged for the repair, you may have received an invoice via email with a case number. Check to see if it's possible that it went to a different email address, or if it got sent to your spam folder. If you can't find the case number, I would contact Apple Support to see if they can offer more specific details about your repair.
