i was charged 99 € for the repair but i did not receive a confirmation email much less they came to pick up the product .. as i do since it seems
is everything blocked because covid19?

If you've already been charged for the repair, you may have received an invoice via email with a case number. Check to see if it's possible that it went to a different email address, or if it got sent to your spam folder. If you can't find the case number, I would contact Apple Support to see if they can offer more specific details about your repair.
