I forgot Passcode for my Iphone 11 Pro. I use face recognition, but today i broke my Iphone.
i try to for first aid set up my old Iphone 7, but in steps for settings, old phone ask for Passcode which i setup on Iphone 11.
What shall I do? i dont remember my passcode.

as I wrote, Iphone 11 was broken, so it was impossible to restore it. since i clicked “i forgot passcode, the option was “Approve this iphone”, for iphone 7 which i have temporarily set up to use. As I did not have another device logged in icloud account i contacted Apple support and they advised me to do Reser encripted data. this solved the problem, except that I deleted the VISA payment card information.
