Visual voicemail
Trying to get visual voicemail. When I click on voicemail it says to call voicemail. And I’m not receiving any new voicemails. And yes my carrier allows visual voicemail.

What happened after you followed this instruction?
I was able to access voicemail features. But it doesn’t say I have any new voicemails. I have called and left vm from another phone.
