My iCloud email continually ends up in receivers junk

For the last couple years, I've discovered that my iCloud email is ending up in receivers' junk box. This happens even when they have me in contacts. This happens even when I reply to an email they sent me. I've started using a non iCloud email to be sure the mail goes through. Any advice on fixing the iCloud email problem?

See the articles for recipients https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/mail/cpmlprefjunk/mac

It depends many recipients that you don't know are using Mac / windows computers , are they using POP accounts or IMAP accounts , if they have set rules on web account to move incoming mails specifically from a sender to move in junk mail box then the command is followed for mails to move in junk only and that will reflect in IMAP account also .

They must reset the settings ( click on reset ) icon in lower left corner , but that is done when the mail settings are not working , for normal working mail application don't click on reset , try to move mails manually as shown in the screen shot in inbox .

Email can be designated as junk in two ways: locally, on the receiving device, or by the email service provider.

Tell the other person to log into their account via the provider’s web interface. Have him/her confirm that your email address is in their server-hosted contacts list there.

This isn’t an iCloud problem, this is a problem with all email, for all users, from all email servers, to any recipient, for any reason, with any content. And if you’re sending a lot of mail, getting characterized or mischaracterized as spam is an ongoing issue. For everybody. Other than making an effort to make the mail less spammy, there’s little that a sender can do. Recipients, and recipient servers, have control here.
