Can exchange ipad pro 2018 with ipad pro 2020?

Sir, I recently bought ipad pro 2018 model from qatar with authorized dealer which is still seal packed.

I was totally unknown about ipad pro 2020 model. i want to upgrade my ipad pro 2018 model to ipad pro 2020 model.

I don't know who iSpot is, but Apple and most Apple Authorized resellers offers a 14 day return privilege. If you bought it more than 14 days ago, you may not be able to exchange it. You'll need to ask iSpot what their exchange process is.
