Apple ID Disabled

How do I reset my Apple ID? It keeps saying it’s been disabled. I have tried resetting my password and contacting apple support. I called them and they were closed, and i messaged them online and they said pay five dollars to speak to someone so i’m confused.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file. When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.
