I was able to get a refund by apple but how long does it take for the money to go into the account or do I not get the money back?

if you purchased with iTunes gift card, the money should have come back into your Apple ID balance in 48h (by credit card, it can take up to 30 days)... it should've come back... I've been waiting mine for 7 days now. I tried to contact support twice already and no reply and no money so far. we get the refund approved but they don't refund us at all, that's frustrating.
