after updating the software from 13.4 to 13.4.1 battery drain automatically so fast without even using battery level falls fastly especially at night

And just to prove Jumarcil last point,

My SE battery drain from 9:15pm to 6am overnight with no activity shown & battery health 87% before you ask.

Empirical evidence on this platform and from my own observations in a former job of mine has shown that restoring an iPhone can help solve battery drainage.

WhyDoIBotherWithItunes, I have iPhone SE with iOS 13.4 and i have not experienced any battery drain issue on my device.

It refutes your statement that ALL devices on iOS 13.4 have a problem with battery life.
