Ipod nano

I have an Ipod nano and itunes will not recognise it. I have reinstalled Itunes and I am trying to find a driver for the nano. I cannot find the driver in device manager so can you please help.

Hi there I have done what the article says and it does not work. Y songs are in ITunes but I cannot sync my nano to iTunes. If I connect my iPod to my computer and turn off I tunes I can see my iPod but as soon as I turn on ITunes my I pod disappears
