My photoshop cs5 does not work after installing Catalina. I need an easy way to uninstall and reinstall previous operating system. Does anyone know how to do this or is there an alternative? I do not have the copy of photoshop anymore or the serial #s!

Ah. I'm surprised then IT upgraded this computer to Catalina, or gave you permission to do it. It's their job to know 32 bit software does not work in the new OS.
Just to point out, if this is a copy of Photoshop that someone else put on your Mac, or sold with it, you are using illegally obtained software. It isn't, and was never yours.
If you did purchase it but have lost the packaging (where the installation disk and serial number would be), you can retrieve the serial number by logging into your Adobe account, assuming you registered it at the time of purchase. All purchases you've ever made are there, along with their serial numbers.
It is a work computer so they installed it; I guess I'll let them handle it. I was trying to do this myself since I'm home quarantined.
My fault, I did this on my own. :(
Drat! They probably won't be happy someone needs to come over to reset the system.

With the release of macOS 10.15 Catalina, applications will have to be 64-bit. App developers will issue updated apps if they want their apps to work on this newest macOS upgrade
