Apple Music Subscription

I started my free trial with Apple Music back on Feb 24th with 3 months free and my subscription expired yesterday so I just wanting help with my Apple Music

I got free month of apple music for free but it doesn't work well... I was subscribed to apple music before but when my subscription expired I got to renew it ,so I've got a free subscription for 2 months from an app (shazam) but it tells me that : "this offer cannot be redeemed with your current subscription " so I went to check my subscription but there is no subscription active there is nothing active , what should I do please I want some help:(

Apple Music I was suppose to get Apple Music for 6 months! I got it for 1 month! I would love to share it with my family but I can’t because when I go to the app it say my subscription has expired! I still have it though.
