Hulu Purchase (via Apple Account)

Dear Apple, someone used my apple account to purchase on HULU. I never had a chance to open again my apple account using my email b******@y*****.com, can someone from apple help me to stop this? Now I just received an Invoice saying I have purchase $ 49.99 which I never do and I am not an fan of movies which this anonymous person done for a subscription of online movies.
