A problem

I don’t know if this is an apple thing but it started happening after iOS 13. Whenever I try to login to Instagram, it says, “there was a problem with your request.” And for Facebook, it says “An error unexpectedly occurred.” Is there any way to fix this without clearing my phone. Thank you!
