This increasingly seems a question of bypassing Activation Lock.

Activation Lock is a theft deterrent, and—like any other good deterrent—cannot be easily bypassed.

There’s no way around Activation Lock other the password to the matching Apple ID, or a direct discussion with Apple.

Whatever you’re trying to do with other Apple IDs, that won’t work.

You can only use the matching *@iCloud.com Apple ID and password.

If you do not have that *@iCloud.com Apple ID and password and cannot somehow recover access to that Apple ID, or if you do not have matching photo ID and original purchase receipt, you can certainly try a discussion with Apple Support to prove that *@icloud was your Apple ID, as otherwise this device is a brick.

Nobody here can help you bypass Activation Lock.

See:

Turn off Activation Lock https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201441 “If you erase your device without signing out of iCloud first, it might still be protected by Activation Lock. Whether you erased your own device or … [got an erased] one from someone else, you can only turn off Activation Lock by entering the correct Apple ID and password.” The correct Apple ID and password is the combination allowed by the rightful owner of the device.

So, if you forgot the correct Apple ID or Apple ID password, use Having trouble signing in/iForgot  https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid to identify either or both.

If you get far enough into the process, you may be able to Use recovery mode to restore your iPhone [iDevice]. If this step does not work, get help from Apple support.

Assuming this is not a new-to-you iPad and has been your iPad for a while and that this iPad is locked to your Apple ID and not to that of someone else, you’re here entering an email address using a Hotmail domain, while the Apple ID account associated with Activation Lock here uses iCloud per the prompting shown in the formerly-included image. Try your iCloud Apple ID email and password. That should work better.

You can tell me that’s your email address as many ways and as many times as you might want (and I certainly believe you), but that’s not what that error message showed as the Activation Lock Apple ID email address.

Did you possibly change the email associated with your Apple ID?

You might try recovering a matching iCloud.com email address.

But you’re otherwise soon best to be in direct discussions with the folks at Apple Support.
