Mac OS Catalina 10.15.4 BUGS!!

See if a SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262 resolves your issue...

Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen, does a 5-15 minute disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, etc. Login and test. Reboot and test will take a little longer as caches get rebuilt.

So, it works just fine booting into Safe Mode. Correct?

Safe Mode puts items to the side, and rebuilds items for use during log in. So, something is obviously misconfigured in Catalina.

Next, create a new user through Safe Mode, and then see if logging in with the new user is a success while booting normally.

im also experiencing this issue on my macbook. At first yesterday thought it was a lag, but I’m going to investigate further

Get the free version of EtreCheck from apple App Store then use it. I find it very useful tool it won't fix the computer but I may give you some recommendations. On the left side you'll see what it checks. Using this is really the best way to utilize support. You pick a problem then describe what the MacBook is actually doing.

Has anyone checked to see if Screen Flashing is enabled in Preferences/Accessability?

I have the same exact Issues on my 2016 13 inch MacBook pro probably its a bug in the version 10.15.4

Where and How to Officially Report this Bug:

1. Go Here: Feedback - macOS - Apple
2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
3. Proceed from there as necessary

Since the new update my safari don't work well : for exemple YouTube don't work in full screen.

Even my Mac model 2018 is facing the same issue.
