How can I fix this issue with my Iphone 8 plus that does not want to be updated? please

Things to consider:

You cannot update when you are running iOS Beta software.
You cannot update if you do not have enough free space
You are not connected to the Internet with a stable Wi-Fi connection.
You are running Personal Hotspot
...?
