Reset security question

I cant able to reset my security question it showing we dont have sufficient information to provide

You have been informed that you have not provided sufficient information to reset your security questions. Do you have any other information that would allow Apple to take actions on your account? If not, see:

 

Security and your Apple ID https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201303 (this section Employee privacy and security policies)

 

This section says “without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account.” Thus, without providing additional pertinent information, it seems unlikely that you will be able to solve your problem. Still you can try by using these support options.
