could you please return my money

Hello, I'm Erkezhan. I'm from Kazakhstan. I can't call to your company because there is no your contact in my country. So I can only write about my problem here. I have downloaded the program "Gradient" from App Store. I used it for an hour and then deleted it and cancelled subscription. But for now the money from my card are taken to pay the bill for the subscription I do not use. Could you please RETURN MY MONEY, as I have cancelled the subscription. Or CALL ME OR TEXT ME OR ANSWER MY QUESTION PLEASE.

You have to cancel a subscription correctly to stop the charges.
