apple watch seems broken

It’s locked and the passcode won’t type in, I’ve attempted to turn it off and it keeps turning itself back on, it also keeps mentioning the time when I go near it, can you help?

Hi I tried this and it didn’t work, I have managed to restore it with my iPhone ( by erasing everything and restoring it)but it still is not working properly

Try this;

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Then;

Set up and pair Apple Watch with iPhone - Apple Support

Try this;

To force reset your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for about 10 seconds or until the apple logo appears, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
