Hi there. Can you tell me - is there anything special about the Nike version of the apple watch series 3 - besides it has a couple of extra fronts? Or is it just the name ?
And by the way - is it still okay to buy a series 3? Or is it problematic because it's app. 2 years old?

The Series 3 and 5 are the current and only models being manufactured. Apple is still supporting two models older than the Series 3.
The Nike comes with an exclusive Nike watch band, and the watch has an exclusive Nike watch face. And of course Nike logos.
The rest of the hardware, electronics and software are the same as the other Apple Watches with that case material.
