Verify payment

Every time I’m trying to pay it says that I need to verify my PayPal account but I already did it and I even opened a new account because it’s keep asking me to verify. And nothing wrong with my card also..

Hi, when using your Apple ID payment methods PayPal requires you to verify every single time. PayPal is not usable with Apple Pay.
