I’ve run all the diagnostics and determined it’s a problem with the screen and not the hardware. How can I order a new screen when all Apple Stores are closed due to COVID19?? I need my laptop to work from home.

Take a screen shot & view that in Preview, move the Preview window around, if you see double lines it's a Video card/VRAM problem, if the lines do not move moving the pic around then it's the LCD or cable.
i took the screenshot and moved it around, nothing happened. But then when i don’t touch anything, there’s a sort of frame that’s flicking i guess...
