I need to change my passcode on my iphone

I am locked out of my phone. I created a new apple id which I am logged into now

A new Apple ID won't help with a forgotten lock screen passcode. See the following for instructions: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
