I dont have 'Internal Speakers' in the Output tab
I can't hear sounds on the Mac. Tried to follow the system preferences solution but there wasn't an option of 'internal speakers'

If you attempt to play audio and look into the headphone jack do you see a red light? If so, then one of the contact pins in the headphone jack is slightly bent and shorting out against the ground shell. This usually occurs on older model laptops since the newer laptops stopped using a spring contact. If this is the case, then @BDAqua's suggestion may work. Usually I find that it is necessary to pry the contact away from the shell which is extremely difficult to do even when you've done it a few times.
If there is no red light in the headphone jack while you are playing audio, then one of the speakers may be bad and preventing audio from any of them (depends on the laptop).

Thank you for your answer. I feel so stupid... The reason was so simple. I use the AirPods and didn't noticed that the old earphones were still connected to my Mac... ☺️
That is almost always due to problems with the earphone jack, sometimes several reinsertions can fix it.
It happens to everyone at some point. At least the solution was simple and didn't cost any money.
