Mint Mobile SIM Activation

I’m trying to activate a SIM from Mint Mobile after my phone number from AT&T Prepaid got disconnected for non-payment. But I keep getting a message saying that the SIM isn’t supported from Mint Mobile, yet when I look here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204039 it says Mint Mobile is listed. I don’t know what to do.
