Security issue

when i opened itunes , on the top left iPhone button i clicked, and i found 2 different iPhones informations, one that’s mine and the other one was another model of iPhone, and there was no info even about that device, then it disappeared, what does that mean? Is my account opened from that device? What should i do to stop p that ? Thanks

Compromised iphone If I restore my iPhone to factory settings due to a compromised account/phone, will logging back in with my same Apple ID re-compromise my phone? Do I need a new Apple ID? I’d like to still access my Apple Music and playlists. Help please! Thank you.
