New album.

can someone help me please? So i am having issues with listening to the new album by 5 Seconds of Summer, it is 3 am in my country, which means that the album is out. I am an android user with an apple music account, but the thing is that the only version of the album that is available is the censored one, and it won't let me play the explicit original one.

now i have tried closing the app, logging out and i even unistall it, it says that the album isn't available in my region which doesn't even makes sense considering the fact that all of their other albums are available and the new album's censored version is available too.

what shall i do?

Hi, fabuluke.

I'm glad you decided to reach out on Apple Support Communities today. If I understand correctly, you aren’t able to play the explicit version of the new album, even after trying some pretty extensive troubleshooting.

I would start by checking the iTunes Link Maker to see if the explicit album has been made available in your country: iTunes Link Maker

Choose your county and Media Type as Apple Music just under the search window near the top. Then type in 5 Seconds of Summer and see if you see the album with the red “E” for explicit. If you don’t see it here, that means it wasn’t made available for your region.

If you do see it here, you may need to check the settings on your Apple Music app.

Take care.
