Screentime- won't show matching time across all devices

Hi long story short I am not seeing matching times across all devices I am seeing different times on all devices even though I have “Share Across Devices” turned on across all devices. I am also not seeing a way to cycle through my devices on iOS. When I go on Mac OS on the bottom section where it cycles through the devices using screen time my iPhone seems to be missing even though I have it activated on my iPhone.

I am not sure if this is a wider issue/bug or if it is just unique to me. Everything worked great in iOS 12 but since iOS 13 its been very poor.

each device is showing a different time and when I go to "all devices" on the devices my iPhone seems to be missing from the bunch as I scroll through

Any help greatly appreciated

Thanks

Hey there MichealCollins,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. I understand you’re having some issues with Screen Time not syncing across your devices. I’ll be happy to help out.

Go to Settings > Screen Time > See All Activity > Devices on your iPhone and System Preferences > Screen Time > Devices Menu on your Mac. Make sure you’re looking at the correct device and option there. Check both the average and specific times as well.

If the issue continues, disable Screen Time on your devices and wait 30 seconds. Just so you know, this may remove all your current Screen Time usage. Restart your devices after doing this:

Restart your iPhone

How to turn your Mac on or off

Turn Screen Time back on and make sure Share Across Devices is turned on on all devices. These links can help:

Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Use Screen Time on your Mac

Wait at least 30 minutes then check app and device usage and see if the issue is resolved:

Track app and device usage in Screen Time on Mac

I hope this helps.
