AirPod Pros Popping Noise

My AirPod Pros make a popping noise in both AirPods. It only happens when I move my head quickly, tap on the AirPods or go over a bump in the road. I have tried resetting them many times (if u guys them me to reset them one more time I’m switch to Samsung.) It started in January (about a week after I got them) I thought it was just a software thing, but I have updated them to the newest version. Is this still a software issue or are the AirPods just broken.
