missing phone icon ios 13.3.1
somehow my husband lost the green phone icon .. i looked through all pages and all folders and its missing .. how do i get it back, please
It can't be deleted.

where do you suggest i look ... he has 3 pages its not on any of them and he has one folder utilities and it has 3 items: compass, measure and calculater
Use search to find Phone app. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201285
Otherwise, go to Settings > General > Reset and tap on Reset Home Screen Layout.
