How do I add Google Duo to my iMac Catalina 10.15.3 ? My son & daughter-in-law aren't iPhone people. Please help me communicate with my grandkiddos face-to-face.

The Google Duo app is only available for Android or iOS devices, it is not available for Macs.
You can, however, use the Google Duo website to video call from your Mac to other Duo users. See here: https://duo.google.com/?web
