Reset security questions for Apple ID

I’ve been trying to get all my information from my old phone with my Apple ID, I can remember the password. But I cannot remember the security questions and it keeps saying not enough information to reset security questions.

Can't reset security questions I've been trying to access an old apple id but I can't remember the security questions. I tried resetting them but it sends the code to my old Ipod Touch (which no longer works) or says "Cannot Reset Security Questions, we don't have sufficient information to reset your security questions". I tried going to the website and going though "security", then "forgot security questions" but it doesn't take me in contact with anyone, instead it tell me to reset them, which I can not do. Any help would be greatly appreciated, otherwise I'll keep trying to get the right security answers.

apple id security questions finally remembered the code for my old iphone 4s but cant connect to my apple account. so long ago i cant remember my security questions. is there any way to reset them? the phone is obviously inactive so i cant recieve the code that way. and to reset questions, its asking me to answer one of them...
