Left AirPods not working

When I pair both of my aipods, both of them work for some time (1-5mins) and the left AirPod disconnects and does not show. :( I have done already forgetting device, resetting, nothing happened. I hope someone can help.

Left AirPod consistently not working In the past few days, my left AirPod has not been connecting. I have tried all of the steps Apple recommends (putting away AirPods, repairing them, hard resetting) and nothing is working. When I did a hard reset both the AirPods worked but that was last night, I just tried to use them again and only the right one is working. My Airpods 2 not connecting with any of my devices. I have been using my AirPods 2 For the past 5 months. Two days back I realised that all of a sudden the left AirPod had stopped using. Today after resetting my device, I see that it does not connect with my iPhone XR. I checked with other devices too and it connects with none.
