I updated my Mac book pro to Cataline 10.15.4 through the update came in system update but after updating my Touch Bar is not working. you can see there is no controls being displayed in Touch Bar

Go to Activity Monitor and kill the process Touch Bar agent/ Touch Bar server.
doesnt work? Try restarting normally. Usually that works for most people.
still doesn’t work? You could go to Apple Authorised Service Provider for help.
meanwhile you could get Xcode and click window>show Touch Bar for the moment.
