Microphone not working on Google Hangouts using Safari since 10.15.4 upgrade

You should report it as a bug at apple.com/feedback, I did.

I have just encountered the same problem. When I allow access to the mic and camera from Chrome, Chrome gets listed in the Security & Privacy settings but when I use Safari and allow access Safari does not get added the settings. I'm going to report this via the feedback page.

Hangouts is working again in Safari. Version is still 10.15.4 (19E287).

I cannot return conversation on hangout. I can receive spoken messages and pictures but cannot be heard.

It's happening to me both in my iMac and Macbook, it started after upgrading to 10.15.4

Having the same problem. Only on Safari. The rest of the browsers are OK.

I also have this problem, rest of my browser all work fine.

What version of Safari?

Version 13.1 (15609.1.20.111.8)

I was able to try it yesterday but it still doesn't work for me. I am using the same OS and Safari versions. I'll just have to carry on using Chrome as the browser.
