Purchase history and hidden history

Hi there,

I have deleted my applications.I will not use them anymore.However,These applications can be seen in purchase history which I do not want to see there.

Although They can go hidden purchases, I do not want to delete them permenanetly.

what am I suppose to do In order to delete permanently ?
