I do not have the new emoji's on my iPhone
I have updated my iPhone XS Max to 13.4 but do not have the new emoji's.

irelac ~ Additional emoji were introduced in iOS 13.2. However, according to iOS 13.4's release notes, there are no new emojis – only new Memoji stickers:
"Nine new Memoji stickers, including Smiling Face with Hearts, Hands Pressed Together, and Party Face"
...Are you saying that you don't have the new Memoji stickers?
