contacts missing from outlook

I had to create a new profile for Outlook desktop 365. After doing so, my iCloud contacts will not appear in Outlook. The Calendar is there, so I know there is a connection. I have uninstalled iCloud, removed its outlook data file, and restarted my computer multiple times, but the contacts will not show up.

How do you associate iCloud with a profile in Outlook?

icloud contacts not in outlook I cannot get my icloud contacts to show up as an address book in outlook. Any suggestion ? Have run through the turn mail on/off already.
