Download link for data request dead on arrival.

Hello,

I submitted a request for all of my data stored by Apple on March 23. Yesterday I received an email with a download link from Apple Support claiming my download was ready. However, when I follow the link it takes me to a page saying:

"This request is no longer active.

If you would like a copy of this data, you can request it again."

I just received the email yesterday and the data should be:

"available on your Data and Privacy page until 6:53:34 PM PDT on April 11, 2020."

I did go ahead and resubmit my request, but I would like to prevent the same thing happening again. I followed the link both from my phone, and my iMac with the same results.

How can I make sure my data is accessible the next time I receive a download link?
