Anyone who got the issue solved with this week's iOS 12 update?

Perfect month Award not showing up I got a perfect month for April 2020 and never got the award. I have the most recent iOS and have restarted my phone and watch and still won’t show up. Any suggestions?

The only solution to this problem is to update to ios13 if you can.
