My iPhone is stuck in a boot loop

My iPhone is stuck showing the apple logo repeatedly. after googling I figured out it was in a boot loop, and tried what many articles suggested of a hard restart, which didn't do anything. I just had a friend send me a screen shot from my Instagram of an add I did not post, and now am very concerned my phone is hacked. I don't know what to do and everything is closed because of the lock downs from corona and I am really starting to freak out.
