Apple Watch 3
I have an Apple Watch 3 series. I can not unpair it from my old phone to pair with my new phone. It says the Apple ID password is incorrect so I reset it and it still says incorrect

To unpair from the old phone;
On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Go to Find Iphone.
Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase Apple Watch.
Select Next until the device is erased.
Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
