Update IPhone

Hi,

My phone is stuck on the Apple logo screen. I put my phone into recovery mode and attempted to update my phone. When I click update I get a message saying that I need to install software before my phone can be updated. When I attempt to install the software I get "Installation Failed" message. The message says that it can't install the software because it is not currently available from the Software Update server.

I am really hoping I can solve this problem without restoring my phone.

If you can't do a forced restart to get your iPhone to boot try connecting to your computer and restoring it. If neither work you've had a hardware failure, click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process.
