It is not one of the built-in apps that can be deleted. See: Delete built-in Apple apps on your iOS 12, iOS 13, or iPadOS device or Apple Watch - Apple Support

I'm sorry. I had a senior moment. I've been trying to get rid of MyWay because it took over the search function and came with additional unwanted baggage. I thought I had gotten rid of it (I did), but when I saw the FindMy icon suddenly appear in my dock, I got the names confused and thought FindMy was MyWay.

Yes, yes, Find My, as in "find my phone" which I use when I misplace my phone, which is often. Sheesh. My memory is really going downhill.

So just ignore my question. Thank you to those who answered. 🙄

You can't delete Find My app.
