Where’s the download button???

I chose a movie I want to watch, and it says that I have to buy it, rent it or open it in Disney app and pay for that app,

After you Buy or Rent from the iTunes Stone, you would have an option to download the purchased item. If you choose to open this item in one of the other services (instead of the iTunes Store), then it depends on what options that service gives. Possibly other services do streaming only, not downloads.
