Apple account disabled

See this Apple document If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208856  "There might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file. ... When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information."

You need to contact Apple and request a call back. We are users like you, not Apple employees.

The same thing happened on my iPad, So basically in these cases, most of the time your account is disabled for breaking one of apples policy’s or laws. You can either request Apple to give you your account back or create a new one
