Need to use iPhone with Japan sim card.

hi apple team,

I bought my iPhone from Thailand and right now I relocated to Japan

so I need to use my iPhone with Japan sim card but it’s seem locked for Thai sim card only.

Please advise if I can use this phone with Japan sim card.
