find 32-bit software

Etracheck says I have 32-bit software on my MBP. But when I run a system report, Legacy Software doesn't list any apps and if I use the Applications option in the left hand bar, I don't get a column headed 64-bit. How can I see what 32-bit software needs updating/deleting?
