After I updated my 2014 MacBook Pro to OS 10.14.6, webpages in a second window or tab continually reload until I get the message "a problem repeatedly occurred with (website name)" with a reload button. When I reload the process continues. It seems to happen on many kinds of websites except not the Apple site. It also does not seem to happen if I just have one tab or window open. I do not have any Safari extensions and reader is turned off for all websites. It also happens in a third or fourth tab or window.

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.13
