You answered me without knowing that I did not in large the picture and what I tried to do was enlarge the Folder for the two icons and realize that was my mistake I needed to enlarge it to separate them thank you very much for your information

You move them out of folders just opposite of how you put them in. You just need to pull one of the apps out of the folder. See this, How to move apps and create folders on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
